Documents Required For Mortgage

In addition to the below documents, you need to physically be here in person unless you have appointed an official power of attorney who can act on your behalf: 

1. Work contract

2. Certificate of work (detailing position, monthly salary, and annual salary without taxes).

3. Proof of ownership if you have any other properties (e.g. house, land, garage) you own.

4. Extract of last six months accounts

5. Last 3 months pay slips

6. Credit reference report

*Please note all these documents need to be original, current and in either English or Spanish, otherwise they will need to be officially translated and certified by a professional.
